We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We appreciate your understanding — it helps us serve all our clients well.
Color services vary depending on the technique. A full balayage or highlight service typically takes 2.5–4 hours. We'll give you a more accurate time estimate during your consultation.
Sessions are typically 30–45 minutes. First-timers may want to start with a shorter session. All sauna sessions are private and sanitized between each use.
We're located at 106 Russell St, Hadley, MA. There is free parking available on site.
